Not sure of your size? Measure straight across the inside of a ring that already fits that finger, in millimetres, and send us that number. We will convert it to US, UK and EU sizes and confirm it with you before any metal is cut.

Three things that catch people out: measure the inside of the band, not the outside; use a decimal if your ruler allows it, because 17.3 mm is far more use than about 17; and measure a ring from the correct hand, since left and right are rarely the same. A wide band also sits tighter than a thin one at the same size, so mention the width if it differs.

Metal. This piece is made to order in 10KT, 14KT or 18KT gold, or in platinum. The karat you choose changes the gold content and the price.

Colour. Gold comes in white, yellow or rose. Platinum is a naturally white metal, so there is no colour choice with platinum.

Why platinum weighs more. Platinum is denser than gold, so the same design uses more metal by weight in platinum, and is priced on that weight.

Everything is made to order and takes 4-5 weeks. We hold no finished stock. Your piece is made for you in our Bangkok factory after you order.

Payment. The full amount is paid when you place the order. That is what releases the piece into production.
