There is one reliable way to do this at home and it takes two minutes. Take a ring that already fits the finger you are buying for, and measure straight across the inside of the band in millimetres. Send us that one number and we will convert it to US, UK and EU sizing and confirm it with you before we begin.

Three things catch people out: measure the inside of the ring, not the outside of the band; use a decimal if your ruler allows it, because 17.3 mm is far more use to us than about 17; and measure a ring from the correct hand, since left and right are rarely the same. If the ring you measured is wide, say so — a wide band sits tighter than a thin one at the same size.

We make US 3 to US 10 in quarter sizes, and US 3 to US 13 on the men's rings.

Yes. Your piece is made to your specification, so these are chosen before it is made rather than altered afterwards.

Every piece comes in 10KT, 14KT or 18KT gold, or in platinum. Gold comes in white, yellow or rose. Platinum is white only — it is naturally white and never plated, so there is no yellow or rose platinum. Rings are made to your size, and chains and bracelets to the length you state.

The price follows the metal you choose, because a richer metal means the piece contains more valuable metal by weight. It is not a surcharge.

You order and pay in full — that payment is what releases the piece into production. Then allow 4 to 5 weeks in our own factory in Bangkok, and if your piece is already available we will tell you sooner. Then 3 to 6 days shipping, insured and tracked.

Yes to both, and the second one is worth being precise about. Every diamond in our catalogue is lab grown by CVD. A lab grown diamond is a real diamond: the same material, the same hardness and the same optics as a mined one, grown rather than dug out of the ground. There are no mined diamonds in the catalogue on this site.

If you want a natural diamond, that is a commission rather than something you buy off the shelf here. Tell us the carat, colour and clarity you are working to — or send us a stone you already own — and we will source it, set it and quote the piece around it.

Coloured gemstones may be natural either way, including Zambian and Colombian emerald, ruby, sapphire, tsavorite, topaz and aquamarine. Each product page says which stone is in that piece.

We ship worldwide from Bangkok, fully insured and tracked, and we send you the tracking details once your piece is on its way.

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in the price and are not collected by us. Where your country charges them they are payable by you on arrival. They vary by country and by value and we have no control over them, so if you are unsure what your country charges, it is worth checking before you order.

For something made from scratch, send us a picture of what you have in mind, along with a rough budget and any carat weight or metal you already know you want. The factory is ours, so a one-off is a conversation rather than a special arrangement.

Each piece is made to your specification and to your size, so returns are agreed individually rather than on an automatic window. Please read the refund policy before you buy.

If a piece arrives damaged, or does not match the specification you confirmed, that is ours to put right — contact us straight away with photographs and we will repair, remake or refund it.
