Returns and Exchanges:

  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Custom and Personalized Items: Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the item. We take great care to ensure the accuracy of custom orders and will work with you to address any issues that may arise.

Refund Process:

  1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact your bespoke private jeweler at hello@kasluxury.com or +66943101506 (calling or whatsapp). You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition.

  2. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  3. Returns received after the 30-day period are subject to management approval and may be subject to restocking fees.

  4. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact your private jeweler immediately, and we will rectify the situation promptly. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

Cancellation of Orders:

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.
