How to get the size right

Every piece is cut to order, so the size is yours to choose.
Rings. Select your size on the product. If the size you need is not in the list, pick the nearest and tell us the exact size in the order notes.
Measuring at home. Take a ring that already fits the right finger, measure the inside diameter in millimetres, and send us the number. We convert it to US, UK and EU sizing and confirm it with you before any metal is cut.
Bracelets, bangles and chains. Give us the length or the wrist measurement in centimetres or inches.
Earrings and pendants. Drop and width are given in the product description.

Metals

10KT, 14KT, 18KT gold, or platinum. You choose the metal when you order, and the price follows the metal you pick.
White, yellow or rose gold. All three are available in every karat.
Platinum is naturally white and is never plated, so it does not come in yellow or rose. It is denser than gold, which means the same design takes more metal by weight in platinum.

Stones

The stones in this piece — type, carat weight, colour and clarity — are listed in the product description.
Every diamond we set is lab grown. Chemically and optically the same as a mined diamond, grown rather than dug. Our coloured stones — Zambian emerald, ruby, sapphire, tsavorite, topaz and aquamarine — may be natural or lab grown, and each product says which.
If you would like a different stone, a different carat weight, or a certificate with your piece, tell us and we will quote it.

Choose your metal, karat, colour and size, and pay in full. Full payment is what releases the piece into production.

Your piece is made in our own factory in Bangkok. We confirm your specification first, and we come back to you before we start if anything needs checking.
