Three things catch people out: measure the inside of the band, not the outside; use a decimal if your ruler allows it; and measure a ring from the correct hand, since left and right are rarely the same. A wide band also sits tighter than a thin one at the same size.
Metal. This piece is made in 10KT, 14KT or 18KT gold, or in platinum. The karat you choose changes the gold content and the price.
Colour. Gold comes in white, yellow or rose. Platinum is a naturally white metal, so there is no colour choice with platinum.
Why platinum weighs more. Platinum is denser than gold, so the same design uses more metal by weight in platinum, and is priced on that weight.

Every diamond in our collection is lab grown by CVD. Chemically and optically the same as a mined diamond, grown rather than dug out of the ground. Our coloured stones — Zambian emerald, ruby, sapphire, tsavorite, topaz and aquamarine — may be natural or lab grown, and each product says which.
